1. August 2006, Institute of Business and Technology became part of University of Aarhus. It is of big importance to Central and Western Jutland that the region now has its own university. However, it is also important to you as a future student since the merger between University of Aarhus and AU-IBT will create a new and different structure in the Danish field of higher education.
